Ideabatic Vaccine Carrier Heat Transfer Project: Recruiting Now!

Here at Ideabatic, we are driven by a single goal; giving every person a chance at life. According to the WHO, over $600 million’s worth of vaccines are damaged per year by temperature fluctuations in the crucial 'last mile' of their journey. Ideabatic is a start-up developing a vaccine carrier to transport vaccines through this crucial last step. We are looking to recruit bright, self-motivated individuals who wish to apply knowledge they have learnt in their undergraduate or graduate studies.

You have the opportunity to:

  • Learn about heat transfer if you have no current knowledge & engage in heat transfer studies, heat-pipe design and research. (Great if you already have knowledge/ MSc but not compulsory. Don’t worry if you are a bright undergraduate!)

  • Be involved in an exciting humanitarian project that has won multiple innovation awards. Most importantly, you’ll get to meet up brilliant people (like you) in the team.

  • You’ll be working with Manish Tiwari from UCL (expert in heat transfer/heat pipe design) and Kitty Liao.

  • Stipend for the right candidate & meeting cost (travel to London for collaboration)!

Please email us at or hit the Apply below, providing a few sentences about your background (a CV if you have one ) and how can you make the difference to this project.

Project starts in December 2017

We're always delighted to hear from talented people who share the same vision to be part of the team.
